How Digital Code Delivery Works
All Pokémon TCG Live codes purchased from Sexton Collects are digital-only. No physical cards are shipped.
- Codes are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.
- All codes for an order arrive in a single email at your order email address.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see the email, then contact us if it's still missing.
Redemption Limits
Pokémon TCG Live limits redemptions to up to 400 booster pack codes per expansion per account, and up to 25 Build & Battle Box codes per expansion per account. If you're already active in a specific expansion, check your account before ordering a large bundle.
Before You Buy
- Random bundles include a mix of sets/expansions — specific cards or pulls are not guaranteed.
- Sorted bundles come from one identified set — the set is confirmed, but specific cards within it are not guaranteed.
- Email delivery only. No physical cards are shipped.
Refunds
All sales are final once codes are delivered. Exceptions are made only if a code is confirmed as a duplicate, unreadable, or already redeemed at the time of delivery — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
