Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, product releases, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Shipping Methods

Shipping services are selected based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order. We may utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other qualified carriers at our discretion.

Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Sexton Collects is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation issues, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers should contact both the carrier and Sexton Collects promptly so we can assist with any available claims process.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select orders. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.
