How Pokémon TCG Live Code Delivery Works (Email-Only, and Why)

One of the most common questions I get: "I ordered Pokémon codes — where's my tracking number?" Fair question, and the answer is simple: there isn't one, because nothing ships.

Codes are 100% digital

Every code sold here — the random bundles and the sorted known-set codes — is an unused Pokémon TCG Live booster code delivered by email to the address on your order. No envelope, no stamp, no waiting on a carrier.

What happens after you order

1. You place the order at checkout like any other product.
2. Your codes are sent to your order email — check spam/promotions if you don't see them.
3. You redeem them in Pokémon TCG Live under the redemption screen (app or desktop), one code per booster pack.

Why email instead of shipping the physical code cards?

Three reasons: it's faster (no transit time), it's cheaper for you (no shipping cost baked into a $2 code), and it's safer (a code can't get lost, bent, or stolen off a porch). The physical card a code came from has no play value — the code is the product.

Random bundle or sorted set?

If you just want packs to open, the random bundle is the best value. If you're hunting specific cards or building toward a set, sorted known-set codes let you pick the expansion you actually need. When in doubt, start random — you can always come back for the set you're chasing.
