Delivery Details
Codes are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. All codes arrive in a single message at your order email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, and contact us with any questions.
Important Notes
- Digital codes only. No physical cards are included.
- Codes are random — sets, expansions, specific cards, pulls, and in-game value are not guaranteed.
- Redemption limits: Pokémon TCG Live limits redemptions to up to 400 booster pack codes per expansion per account, and up to 25 Build & Battle Box codes per expansion per account. With larger bundles, you may encounter these limits if you are already active in specific expansions. Check your account before redeeming.
- Codes are confirmed unplayed at time of fulfillment.
