Delivery Details

Codes are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. All codes arrive in a single message at your order email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, and contact us with any questions.

• Digital codes only. No physical cards are included.
• The set is identified — but specific cards, pulls, or in-game value within that set are not guaranteed. These are pack codes, not specific card codes.
• Redemption limits: Pokémon TCG Live limits redemptions to up to 400 booster pack codes per expansion per account. Buying sorted codes from a single expansion means all codes count toward that expansion's limit — check your account before purchasing.
• Codes are confirmed unplayed at time of fulfillment.

All sales are final once codes are delivered. Exceptions are made only if a code is confirmed as a duplicate, unreadable, or already redeemed at the time of delivery — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
